I lent my son- in- law $29.600 three years ago. so he pay off his truck  We both agreed it was a loan and that he would repay the debt.  this was in 2006, he left my daughter and now tells me he is not going to pay it back.   I live on a fixed income and this was practically my life savings, I am 76 years old.  I can not get the money back can I report it against his crecit report?
